Is OMZY right for my firm?

OMZY is designed for professional services firms of around 50 employees or more that manage by project. These include firms in sectors such as architecture, engineering, IT, consulting services, and others. To know whether OMZY would be the right fit for your firm, send us a line to request a demo!

Why should I opt for a project-based ERP?

How much does OMZY cost?

Do you offer a trial of the software?

We do not offer trials, as any ERP requires a certain level of configuration for your firm to get the most out of its features. However, we do offer comprehensive demos that will give you a good idea of whether OMZY is a good fit for your organization.


How do I implement OMZY within my organization?

As the implementation does require some configuration to ensure the best possible fit with your firm, we recommend working with one of our implementation partners for best results. Drop us a line and we will put you in touch with one of our implementation partners.

Do I need a physical server to host my data?

OMZY is fully cloud-based, which means that no infrastructure or servers (as well as their upkeep and maintenance) are needed on your part.

How secure will my data be?

Your data will be hosted in Microsoft’s Azure cloud servers, which are protected with various state-of-the-art encryption methods, protocols, and algorithms. Microsoft makes continuous investments in the protection of its customers’ data to ensure it is properly secured and meets the highest data security standards.

Can my current system data be migrated to OMZY?

Yes. Depending on the specifics of your current environment, different tools can be used to migrate your existing data to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to be used with OMZY. Let us know which system you would like to migrate from and we will be happy to answer your questions.


Do I need to update my OMZY solution, and if so, how often?

OMZY doesn’t require any sort of manual update or migration on your part. Updates are completed automatically through the cloud without impacting your operations. Should there be a major update that requires your involvement, we will be in touch with you directly.

Do I need to pay for support?

Standard support is included with your OMZY license fee.  However, we offer upgraded support plans to give you the best possible assistance throughout your journey. Contact us for details.
